(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is expecting near-freezing temperatures throughout the week.  Western Oregon is forecasted to see scattered showers and sun breaks Monday.  A KATU meteorologist says there's a chance of some more snow Thursday night into Friday morning.  The city is still recovering from days of snow and ice.  The arctic blast knocked out electricity to more than 75-thousand Portland customers last weekend, after the storm damaged power lines.
