(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is making the list as one of the most sinful cities in America.  A new Wallethub report lists the City of Roses as the 35th most sinful place out of 150 cities.  The website found the vice capitals in the country by comparing jealousy, anger, lust, greed and more.  The report also found that Portland has the second most adult entertainment establishments.  Las Vegas topped the overall list as number one.
