(San Francisco, CA)  --  Portland Mayor Charlie Hales is in San Francisco for day-two of the West Coast Mayors Summit.  The city officials are set to focus on the fight against homelessness.  Also taking part in the summit are Mayors Kirk Caldwell of Honolulu, Ed Lee of San Francisco, Libby Schaaf of Oakland, Eric Garcetti of Los Angeles and Ed Murray of Seattle.
