(Portland, OR)  --  The discovery of five-dozen stolen purses during a traffic stop is leading to theft charges against a Portland man.  Bradley G. Gallagher was stopped early yesterday morning in the 92-hundred block of Southeast Stark Street.  The purses from Appetite still had prices tags on them.  The store's owner had previously reported the purses stolen from a craft fair.
