(Vancouver, WA)  --  It's a plea of insanity by the Vancouver man accused of throwing his two-year-old daughter from a motel room window.  Kyle Holder entered his plead yesterday in Clark County, Washington, Superior Court.  Holder faces an attempted murder charge for throwing the girl from a first-floor window and onto a concrete walkway.
