(Portland, OR)  --  Portland could get up to two-inches of snow today as a winter storm passes over the region.  Forecasters say a winter weather advisory is in effect from 11 a.m. until midnight.  Travel could be sketchy especially on local highways.  Salem and Corvallis could get up to four-inches by tonight.
