(Washington, DC)  --  President-elect Donald Trump is picking a University of Oregon graduate and former football player to lead the Department of the Interior.  Republican Representative Ryan Zinke of Montana served the state's at-large congressional seat for only one term but he appears headed for Washington, DC.  Zinke played football for the Ducks from 1980 to 1983 before serving as a Navy SEAL from 1986 to 2008.
