(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon health officials are tweaking the rules for growing and processing medical marijuana.  Yesterday, the state announced changes including those for batch sizes and strain testing.  Officials say the changes should make it easier and cheaper for growers and consumers.  The changes go into effect tomorrow.
