(Portland, OR)  --  The winter storm continues to cause havoc for Portland residents.  Officials announced last night that all public schools in Portland will be closed today due to the storm.  As of last night, between one and three-inches of snow fell across the Portland region.  Downtown had at least an inch of snow while places like Oregon City and Canby had as much as three inches.
