(Portland, OR)  --  You won't get a ticket if you're legally parked in a metered spot in Portland.  The Portland Bureau of Transportation decided due to yesterday's snow that it will not to give out tickets to people who leave their cars as long as they are legally parked in these spots.  The bureau will start handing out these tickets once again at noon today.
