(Portland, OR)  --  The snow is causing problems for drivers in Portland.  KATU reports that dozens of cars have been abandoned on the roads in the Portland metro area.  The Oregon Department of Transportation says these drivers should not have left their vehicles.  The abandoned cars may get towed.
