(Portland, OR)  --  Murder charges are being filed against the Portland man accused of causing his 15-month-old daughter's death nearly three-years ago.  Darien Lee McWoods was arrested this week on charges including murder and criminally-negligent homicide.  Authorities say Kamaya Flores died in 2013 from methadone toxicity.  The girl's aunt is also facing charges including perjury and tampering.
