(Portland, OR)  --  Streets around Portland remain icy and treacherous following Wednesday's winter storm.  Weather forecasters are calling for temperatures in the upper 20s today.  That means local roadways likely won't  thaw for a few days.  But temperatures should rise above freezing by later this weekend.
