(Portland, OR) -- The Beaverton School District is admitting that it wasn't prepared for the snow storm that hit the Portland metro area earlier this week. Parents criticized the district for not closing early on Wednesday. Many students were stuck on buses for hours when school let out. A spokesperson for the district says the district did not realize how bad traffic was going to be affected because of the storm. Beaverton Superintendent Don Grotting says "I guess in hindsight I didn't make the right call."
