(Portland, OR)  --  The snow storm that happened earlier this week is continuing to cause problems for some drivers in Portland.  Many people decided to abandon their cars on the roads during the storm.  The Oregon Department of Transportation says that these people should not have done this.  Yesterday morning, crews started towing the abandoned vehicles.
