(Portland, OR)  --  Another arrest is confirmed in the 2014 murder of a pregnant woman in Southeast Portland.  Jeffery L. Sims Jr. is the fifth suspect arrested for the murder of 21-year-old Ervaeua Herring.  Sims was detained yesterday morning near Southeast 82nd Avenue and Powell Boulevard after a two-year investigation.
