(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a man is scheduled to appear in court today, after being accused of shooting two employees at an apartment complex from which he was evicted.  Authorities believe 65-year-old Reynaldo Diaz Cabrera shot the 45-year-old man and 64-year-old woman around 12:30 yesterday afternoon at the Cascadian Terrace Apartments on North Kerby Avenue in Portland.  Cabrera will face two counts of attempted murder.
