(Seattle, WA)  --  Three people are in custody in connection with the shooting of a Mount Vernon, Washington police officer.  Authorities say 44-year-old Ernesto Rivas and two teenagers are facing charges in the shooting of 61-year-old Mick McClaughry [[ muh-CLOW-ree ]], who was shot in the head last week prior to a standoff.  McClaughry is still in critical but stable condition.  Investigators say the teenagers charged with Rivas are 15 and 16-years-old.
