(Spokane Valley, WA)  --  Authorities say they've made an arrest in connection with a year-old missing-person case in Spokane County.  The suspect, 26-year-old Colby Vodder, was arrested yesterday in Post Falls, Idaho.  Investigators say Vodder is accused in the disappearance of Bret Snow, whose family reported him missing from Spokane Valley in December 2015.  Officials say Vodder currently being held in Kootenai [[ KOOT-nee ]] County, pending extradition back to Spokane County for a charge of second-degree murder.
