(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man who's accused of exposing himself at Portland International Airport.  Authorities say 25-year-old Dale L. Riley the Second exposed himself to a woman and her two daughters at the airport Tuesday.  Riley was booked on public-indecency charges.  Authorities say there could be additional charges after airport surveillance video is reviewed.
