Bail Set For Man Accused Of Road-rage Shooting

(Portland, OR)  --  Bail is set at more than a half-million dollars for a man who's accused of shooting a young girl during a road-rage incident.  Joshua Eric Constantine pleaded not guilty yesterday to charges including attempted first-degree assault.  An eight-year-old girl who was sitting in the back seat of a nearby vehicle on Interstate 84 in Portland suffered a graze wound to her ankle when the gun was fired Tuesday.  Constantine is being held in the Multnomah County Detention Center.
