(Undated)  --  On a list of the Best Cities For Job Seekers in 2017, Portland comes in at number 33.  NerdWallet looked at federal data on the country's 100 biggest cities.  It included the jobless rate, workforce growth, annual salary and housing costs.  Seattle is ranked the fourth-best city in the U.S. for job seekers, while Austin, Denver and Nashville occupy the top three spots, respectively.
