(Portland, OR)  --  Authorities say an Army deserter who's accused of murdering his estranged wife in South Carolina may have traveled to Oregon.  Officials say 28-year-old John Tufton Blauvelt [[ BLO-velt ]] is accused of killing the victim, Catherine Blauvelt, on October 24th.  Investigators say Blauvelt left South Carolina with a 17-year-old girl, who was safely found in Eugene on December 12th.  Authorities say Blauvelt is five-foot, 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, and tattoos on his chest, left wrist, left arm and right arm.
