(Tillamook, OR)  --  U.S. Coast Guard officials say a diver who needed help was rescued by crews near the mouth of Tillamook Bay.  A vessel was dispatched yesterday in response to a report of divers in distress.  Garibaldi Fire & Rescue personnel also responded to the scene, where one diver was rescued.  Word then came that two other divers reached the surface and returned to shore.  Crews towed their boat back to the Garibaldi Marina.
