(Portland, OR)  --  The price to fill your gas tank is up slightly.  Triple-A's latest survey of Portland-area gas stations shows the average for regular is two-70 a gallon heading into the weekend.  That's a penny-and-a-half above the average of a week ago.  The nationwide average for regular is two-31 a gallon.
