(Damascus, OR)  --  A man is under arrest after a standoff in Damascus in which he allegedly threatened his family with an ax.  The family of Mario Reyes-Orozco called police yesterday around 12:15 in the afternoon to report he was threatening members with an ax while on drugs.  Deputies moved into the house after getting the family to safety and tried to track Reyes-Orozco down with a K-9 named Grimm.  Police say Reyes-Orozco hit the dog with a pipe before the dog bit him and police could take him into custody.
