(Portland, OR)  --  People are starting to notice a pattern of cat decapitations in a southeast Portland neighborhood.  A woman reports finding her cat decapitated just before 7:30 Saturday night.  A mailman has also reported a decapitated and gutted cat on Salmon Street.  Multnomah County Animal Control is opening an investigation while advising people to keep their cats indoors at all times.
