(Portland, OR)  --  A federal judge is recommending a Title IX lawsuit against the Lake Oswego School District be given class-action status.  In a written opinion, Magistrate Judge Stacie F. Beckerman agreed with the plaintiffs saying the district isn't providing girls the same resources to play baseball that it's providing boys.  She recommends the suit include all female students currently at the school and all future female students.  The district has until July 13th to file motions to object to this ruling.
