(Salem, OR)  --  The Oregon House is approving a transportation bill with a bipartisan vote.  House Bill 2017 passed with three votes more than what is necessary for a three-fifths majority yesterday.  The bill is designed to target congestion, crumbling roads, public transportation and decaying bridges.  The bill now heads to the Oregon Senate and a reading of the proposed bill is scheduled for today.
