Tobacco Purchasing Age Raised In Oregon

(Salem, OR)  --  People under the age of 21 won't be able to buy cigarettes in Oregon at the beginning of next year.  The Oregon House voted on a measure yesterday to make Oregon the third state in America, along with California and Hawaii, to raise the age for buying tobacco products.  The Senate passed the measure in March.  Governor Brown is expected to sign the bill.
