(Tigard, OR)  --  A man from Tigard who had been missing for a while is now safe.  Police say Mark Wickert was last seen around 2:00 Saturday afternoon near Barrows and Schools Ferry Road.  He may have been heading to Beaverton or Lake Oswego.  Tigard Police tweeted yesterday that he had been located and that he is safe.
