(Portland, OR)  --  Surveillance camera footage is showing a man casually swiping packages left outside a home in northeast Portland.  About three weeks ago, a man stole several packages outside the home in the Sabin neighborhood.  The homeowner says he's never needed security cameras until petty crime such as this started taking over the neighborhood.  He says his son's bike has also been stolen by his garage, tools have been stolen from his front porch and his car window has also been smashed.
