(Hagg Lake, OR)  --  Several boaters are safe after their vessel almost went down on Hagg Lake.  Around 6:00 last night, other boaters came to their rescue.  The Washington County Sheriff's Office says five people and three dogs were on board the 14-foot boat when it went down.  Deputies say the boat sank because there was too much weight on it and only one person was wearing a life jacket at the time.
