(Portland, OR)  --  Police are investigating a drive-by shooting that happened in a southeast Portland neighborhood Saturday afternoon.  The shooting happened near the intersection of southeast Alder Street and 155th Avenue around 4:00 p.m.  Police say three men in a white SUV fired at three other men walking down Alder Street, but missed.  Concerned neighbors say there were children outside at the time and a daycare nearby.  No one was hurt.
