(Portland, OR)  --  The man accused of threatening a Muslim in May is being charged with a hate crime.  Frederick Nolan Sorrell was arrested Friday on charges of second-degree intimidation and is set to be arraigned today.  Portland police say he threatened a Muslim using words and hand gestures during an incident in May.  No other details about the incident were released.
