(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a woman was found dead in southwest Portland Saturday morning.  The woman was found in the woods near southwest Barbur Boulevard and Capitol Highway.  There were no signs of trauma found during the autopsy and The Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office is waiting for toxicology to determine the cause of death.  The woman has not been identified.
