(Portland, OR) -- Rapper Jay-Z will be making his way to Portland this year. He released North American tour dates yesterday coming off the heels of his recent "4:44" album release. Jay is set to stop at Portland's Moda Center December 14th. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10:00 a.m.
