(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland woman is suing U.S. Secretary of Eduction Betsy DeVos.  "The Oregonian" reports Niesha Wright is suing DeVos for stalling on rules that target for-profit schools.  The suit comes after DeVos said she would delay the Obama administration's proposed rules governing the loan forgiveness program.  Wright was hoping to utilize the program following the more than 25-thousand dollars she owes in student loans from the former ITT Tech.  The forgiveness program is geared toward students who experienced predatory treatment from for-profit colleges.
