(Gresham, OR)  --  Police say a woman was run over in a hit-and-run at a Gresham gas station.  A woman was reportedly hit by a Jeep as it was leaving the Shell gas station at Southeast 181st Avenue and Start Street last night.  Police have not released any information about the suspect and the woman's injuries are not known.
