(Portland, OR)  --  A missing teen from Canada may be in the Portland area.  Officials are asking for the public's help in finding Mekayla Bali.  Bali went missing more than a year ago from her home in Canada.  The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children says Bali may be in the Portland area.  She was first reported missing April of 2016.
