(Portland, OR)  --  The legally blind Paralympian and sled-dog racer who aimed to unseat Oregon's only Republican member of Congress is out of the race.  Democrat Rachael Scdoris-Salerno announced Tuesday that she would not continue her campaign in Oregon's 2nd Congressional district.  She said she does not have the energy or the resources.  She was seeking to unseat incumbent Greg Walden,  who has been in Congress since 1998.
