(Portland, OR)  --  An Oregon City man is behind bars after being convicted of sex crimes against a 13-year-old.  Michael Scott Morris was sentenced to 16-years in prison Wednesday after pleading guilty to rape and sexual abuse charges.  The charges come from an investigation from November of 2015.
