(Portland, OR)  --  Three people are injured following a massive apartment fire in Northeast Portland yesterday morning.  It happened at Northeast 57th Avenue and Gilsan Street before 7:00 a.m.  Fire officials say the three victims are being treated at the hospital and are expected to be ok.  Firefighters helped two of them escape with a ladder and the third jumped from a second-story window.  Fire officials say it was likely caused by an electrical issue.
