(Baker City, OR)  --  Police say an Oregon boy is dead after he fell off a parade float on his seventh birthday.  KGW reports that Dylan Thomas was riding on the float Saturday as part of the Miner's Jubilee Parade in Baker City.  Thomas was reportedly hit by the rear wheels of a commercial vehicle.  Police say it appears to be an accident but are investigating the incident.
