(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man is behind bars after he made arrangements to meet and have sex with an undercover officer posing as a minor online.  KOIN reports 39-year-old Kevin M. Jones agreed to meet with the undercover officer in a parking garage in the Lloyd District for sex and was arrested.  He faces numerous sexual assault charges involving a minor.  Police say there could be other victims.
