(Portland, OR)  --  One of Portland's deadliest roads may get some improvements.  Multnomah County Drainage District and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are reviewing permits to address safety issues along Northeast Marine Drive.  Crash data shows people involved in a crash on Marine Drive are eight times more likely to be killed than on an average street.  Proposed improvements include stop lights, safety cameras and rapid flashing beacons for pedestrian safety.
