(Scappoose, OR)  --  It looks like there will be some new employment opportunities in Scappoose.  A paper products facility just had its grand opening in the city yesterday.  Cascades Inc. says it will bring around 70 jobs to the new plant.  The plant converts material into tissue paper and paper towels.
