(Portland, OR)  --  Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue says about 200 gallons of chemicals spilled at a shopping center yesterday.  It happened at Peterkort Towne Square on Barnes Road and Cedar Hills Boulevard.  Fire officials say 200 gallons of a 500-gallon barrel of Ultramine, a chemical used on aluminum to decrease corrosion, spilled into a storm drain.  The barrel was being delivered to the UPS store when it tipped over.  HazMat crews responded and evacuated a small area.  A private contractor is set to flush the storm drain system.
