(Hillsboro, OR)  --  Police in Hillsboro are investigating a case of dog abuse at a gas station after video of the incident went viral.  The video shows a man swinging a dog by its leash and hitting it as it's on the ground.  It happened Monday afternoon at the Shell gas station on Southeast Baseline Street on Third Avenue.  The video was posted to Sunshine Alexandria's Facebook page.  She says she saw the man beating and yelling at his dog for not listening to him.  Police have identified the man and have taken the dog into protective custody.
