(Marion County, OR)  --  An Oregon man is accused of violating a restraining order 216 times.  Police arrested 48-year-old Odilon Jimenez-Ramos Monday.  A Marion County woman filed a restraining order against Ramos after she said he threatened to take her son to Mexico and shoot her family.  He allegedly sent 211 text messages and called her at least five times, violating the order.
